
TOTO | SPIRA One-Year Limited Warranty
Applicable Only to TOTO Products Purchased from SPIRA Sales Corporation or its Accredited Retail Partners in the Philippines
1. Warranty Coverage
SPIRA Sales Corporation, the official TOTO distributor in the Philippines, provides a One-Year Limited Warranty on all genuine TOTO products purchased from SPIRA or its accredited retail partners.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and applies only to TOTO products purchased, installed, and used within the Philippines.
2. What’s Covered
If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, TOTO | SPIRA will, at its sole discretion, provide:

Repair, replacement, or other appropriate service of the defective product or part.

Free labor and parts associated with approved warranty claims.

All services will be performed by the TOTO | SPIRA Service Center.

TOTO | SPIRA will cover the mobilization cost for on-site warranty claims within Metro Manila. For locations outside Metro Manila, standard mobilization charges will apply.
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage or loss caused by fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, power surges, or other natural or accidental events.

Improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

Use of abrasive, acidic, or chlorine-based cleaners (e.g., bleach, powder scrubs, metal or nylon scrubbers).
-
Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, scratches, and gloss reduction over time.

Damages caused by foreign particles or sediments in the water supply.

Product damage resulting from non-compliance with Philippine plumbing or electrical codes.
-
Usage in commercial, industrial, or high-risk environments not suited to the product.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not use cleaning agents containing chlorine or chloramines, as these can cause serious damage to TOTO products and void your warranty.
Additionally, to protect TOTO Neorest and TOTO Washlet units from electrical overload which may void the warranty, it is strongly recommended to use an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) or consult a licensed electrician for proper installation and protection.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please prepare and provide the following:

Original sales invoice or receipt (proof of purchase).

Short description of the issue or defect.

Photos or videos (if applicable) showing the defect.

5. Additional Warranty Notes

This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Claims may be denied if the product is used or installed in violation of TOTO’s installation instructions or local codes.

Repairs by unauthorized service providers will automatically void the warranty.

TOTO | SPIRA respects and upholds your consumer rights under Philippine law. This warranty is written to be transparent, reasonable, and consistent with those rights.
